RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers, the guidelines below are designed to help us review and process requests efficiently and fairly.

For smooth and timely assistance in case of defects or missing items, a clear 360° parcel opening video is required at the time of opening. Requests without the supporting video may not be eligible for review. Please ensure the video begins with the parcel in a sealed condition and captures the entire opening process in a single, uninterrupted recording. Videos recorded after the parcel has already been opened may not be suitable for verification.


Return / Exchange Window

We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned with all original tags, box, and invoice intact. 

 


 

Refunds & Store Credit

At the moment, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange for eligible returns, so you can choose something you love from our collection at your convenience.

 


 

Exchange & Convenience Charges

To help us manage return pickups and re-dispatches smoothly, a small convenience fee of ₹100 is applied in the following cases:

  • When opting for store credit, ₹100 is adjusted from the credited amount.

  • For an instant exchange, an additional ₹100 is applicable.

Each order is carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail. While we understand that expectations may vary, handling returns and re-shipments involves logistics and processing costs. This nominal charge allows us to continue offering premium-quality jewelry at a fair and accessible price.

If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error from our end, all exchange-related shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.

 


 

Free Gifts

Products received with complimentary gifts can be returned or exchanged without the free gift.

 


 


Video Requirements (Important)

  • A clear, 360°unboxing video (single continuous recording, no cuts or pauses) is mandatory to report missing or damaged items.

  • Customers are also kindly requested to record a short video while handing over the return parcel to the courier executive. This helps resolve any discrepancies smoothly, if needed.

  • Requests without the required videos may not be eligible for processing.

 


 

Processing Timeline

The return or exchange process may take a minimum of 15 days from the date the returned parcel is received and verified.

 


 

Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests if the returned product does not meet the above conditions or if the request appears inconsistent with fair usage of the policy.
