Indian Orders Policy

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1ā3 business days after order confirmation. Processing timelines may vary during sales, promotions, or holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3ā8 business days, depending on the delivery location. Within Mumbai orders are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, we kindly request customers to provide accurate and complete shipping details while placing an order. While we make every effort to assist in case of delivery issues, delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be beyond our control.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are kindly requested to record a single, continuous video while receiving and opening the package, clearly showing the parcel and the product. This helps us coordinate with our delivery partners and resolve concerns efficiently. In the absence of such a video, we may be unable to escalate or process related claims.
Delays, Loss & Resolution
In rare cases of delays or lost shipments, we will work closely with our courier partners to investigate and assist. Resolution, including replacement or refund, will be processed based on the outcome of the investigation.
